~PERSONAL AUTONOMY ~ 2022 – ongoing

A country (homeland) can be defined through its relationships as a place where one feels connected to culture, identity and community. It is a place of intertwining emotional ties that originate from history, culture, nature, and mutual interactions among people. It is a place where we feel at home, where our roots are, and where we can find a sense of belonging and identity. Although, how does one define one’s identity in the context of homeland; what are the relationships between an individual and collective identity like, and how do these factors influence our understanding of a homeland/country and our presence in it?
